The workshop “Imagine the Europe” started today!

Erasmus, the Coliseum, the Parliament of Europe, the Cyrillic alphabet, Botev and Levski, the fall of the Berlin Wall, Napoleon, the Olympic rings, Lenin, War and Peace, Hagia Sophia and much more illustrative material with symbolically significant persons and places from the history of Europe, the Balkans and Bulgaria, provoked the young people from 18 “William Gladstone” Secondary School in Sofia to arrange puzzles with them in which to structure their vision and idea of Europe. Each of the groups argues why they arranged the images in this way and how they see the dynamics and balance in the relationship of the national, the Balkan and the European in the projection of their past and present, as well as how they would like to see their future.
